Areas We Serve in Corvallis

How our service area works

One local team covers all 15 areas below, working from our base at 209 SW 6th St in Corvallis. Every area gets the same process: a full inspection that maps entry points and activity, a written plan with fixed pricing, removal and entry-point sealing, and a follow-up check in 2–4 weeks to confirm the property is clear.

The Willamette Valley sets the calendar. The first cold rains of October push rats and mice toward warm foundations, and pressure stays high through March — worst in older housing stock and along the river corridors, where the Willamette and Marys River give rodents cover, water, and travel routes. Each area page below describes the housing, species, and seasonal patterns specific to that community, so you can see what applies to your street before you call.
